How to Have the Best Brunch Wedding, And Why + 15 Gourmet Quiche Recipes

I'm a big fan of mimosa's & french toast, and I think the idea of a brunch wedding is wonderful.

It's also a fairly easy backyard D.I.Y. reception plan only requiring a few coffee carafes, baking a few quiches the day ahead of time, & a waffle maker - with china & glass champagne glasses if you're looking for something fancy, and mason jars if you're looking for a more relaxed theme.

Keep reading to see more on why brunch weddings are the best, and how to have the best one - plus 15 bonus gourmet quiche recipes!

On top of actually being awake enough to consummate your marriage after the wedding, venue's are often less expensive, guests are less likely to notice lobster missing from the menu, & the alcohol costs are lower.

It's also going to be tamer than an evening wedding, and we promise you that your guests will still boogy on the dance floor - and look better doing it with less alcohol in them.

Start prepping the day before your wedding, being ready to get up early. You'll have to arrange travel, book appointments for hair & makeup, pack anything you'll need, & care for your home/pets the day before. This is one of those times where your bridesmaid is going to be your hero, as now is the time to ask for her help in putting together a to-do list to make sure you don't miss a thing.

And of course, here are the most delicious gourmet quiche recipes we could find, and we're in the process of testing them to make sure.

  1. The event could not have gone more smoothly, and from my perspective, less stressfully. I was able to relax, let my hair down, and totally enjoy the party, and felt totally pampered and cared for by their manager. The food at Chicago wedding venues was excellent, and the floral were gorgeous and reasonably priced.
