State Park Wedding S'more Bar How-To & 25+ Gourmet Marshmallow Recipes

If you're having your wedding at a campground & your reception in the evening, there is no better dessert option for your guests than a D.I.Y. s'more bar.

And if your reception isn't after dark, you can always give your guests packed s'more wedding favors.

So in the spirit of this delicious desert we've gathered over 25 gourmet marshmallow recipes, the best chocolate you can offer guests, alternatives on the traditional s'more recipe, inspiration from real weddings, & more.

And I promise that even if you're not great in the kitchen you're going to be fine when it comes to cooking marshmallows.

All you're going to need is a mixer, candy thermometer, pans, & some food flavorings. You can even freeze them weeks ahead of time.
First of all I'm going to point out, that some people including myself, are not huge fans of Graham crackers.

You can make everyone happy with fudge cookies, vanilla wafers, pretzels, pizelle cookies, gingerbread cookies, or shortbread.

And for those who aren't huge fans of chocolate set out some gourmet nut butter, fruit, &/or jam.

Peanut butter cups, salted caramel, and Rolos are also all great options.
